 WinterComms are a boutique instructional design and communications company with comprehensive experience in the formulation and presentation of course content, distance education, seminar presentation and corporate training material.
Through the able direction of Instructional Design and Research Consultant Susan Keck, WinterComms sole focus is currently on the provision of instructional design and content delivery services for the corporate and government sectors (see our Products page for an overview of our present and past work).
WinterComms was previously involved in the editing of magazines and online material for clients in the property industry, and was contracted to the Australian Building Codes Board for the provision of editorial and advertising sales services until July 2010.

With a successful and varied background in corporate management positions and in small business, Max Winter has developed an appreciation and understanding of business needs at all levels of the business spectrum.
Combined with a further twelve years with positions in Sales, Publishing, and as former Editor of FM magazine, Facility Perspectives magazine and as Contract Editor for Australian Building Regulation Bulletin, Max brings a wealth of experience and networking to his role as Director of WinterComms.

In answer to growing demand for corporate training material, survey content and assistance with ISO accreditation documentation, WinterComms provide instructional design services through our consultant Susan Keck, HDipT(SAC), GDipDE, GCertBA.
Susan holds qualifications in instructional design and distance education, visual communication, training and business administration.
She has extensive experience in assisting organisations to create clear, easy-to-read documentation through her background in developing material and course content for tertiary institutions, professional associations and commercial organizations.
